I eat cinnamon just about every day. I enjoy sprinkling it on apples. Many prefer cinnamon sugar for that but the apple is already sweet, enough for me. I also enjoy baking with cinnamon. Spice cakes and cookies are so yummy. I go through quite a bit of cinnamon on a regular basis.

This box of cinnamon is AMAZING! It's reddish=brown lightly colored, and we've noticed the lighter the color, the fresher and sweeter the taste of cinnamon. It's sweet and flavorful and smells and tastes sooo good! Great in yogurt or with apple slices or in any recipe. Cinnamon helps sugar to not spike in the body so is great for handling and preventing some diabetes and also is great for helping to lessen arthritis pain and swelling and other pains, since it's an antioxidant

Such great cinnamon with excellent flavor! I use it in Mexican Hot Chocolate and as a stir-in for coffee. I also make a cinnamon apple brioche star that is to die for and would be nothing without this cinnamon!

This is our favorite cinnamon to use. It is very strong and ground into a very fine powder. We commonly mix it with sugar and you really dont need very much!

This cinnamon is great for making panna cotta and banana bread! Much cheaper than the other brands with the same taste. I think this is great cinnamon for any baking and cooking needs!

We go through a lot of cinnamon as a bakery cafe, especially during the fall. It doesn't clump and scoops/pours easily. Buying big tubs of cinnamon is a must for bulk baking cinnamon rolls, muffins, snickerdoodle cookies, and other cinnamon goods. You won't be disappointed with the taste of this brand.

This is a great value for cinnamon these days. We use a lot of cinnamon for our doughnuts and need to buy in bulk. This compares to the types of cinnamon you’d pay double for through a foodservice! We use it especially for our coffee roll doughnut!
