I use this seasoning to make southern style boiled peanuts. I will add 5 lb of raw peanuts and several gallons of water with two CUPS of this Cajun to a 30 quart pot and cook for several hours and you have great hot boiled peanuts.

This was good, but just a little different from name-brand and foodservice options. While it didn't work for us, it may for you.

Regal brand is always great, we've been using this product and brand for over 6 years! It's always great flavors and no issues. Must order!

This spice mix was very good put a little bit on the light side. You get a whole box of it however so you can experiment with it how you wish if you want a great Cajun spice blend I recommend this.

This is a great cajun blend. It has a good amount of spice to it, so be careful when using. A little bit goes a long way but it really has good flavor.

Our number 1 seller is the Shrimp picante Tacos, This spice is used on the shrimp and is a big hit. Combined with avocado mayo and pico wow.

We use it for cajun shrimp. Customer likes the taste, we received lots of compliments. the only issue is it's easy to get moisture in the bottle.

This is full of flavor and has quite a kick to it! The cayenne pepper makes this spice blend a bit spicy. Great aroma and taste.

This spice mix is ok, but not quite authentic Cajun flavor. Look for Paul Prudhomme products to get a great flavor. We recommend his red fish magic blend.

Really subtle flavor so use a lot. I don't get a huge kick of cajun flavor but it's a nice flavor which feels more versatile than just "cajun seasoning"

Love the regal brand cajun spice. Its finely ground so it is perfect for seasoning meats. Also, the smaller size is good because we dont go through a lot of it super quick.
