We are disappointed with this product. Unfortunately, the Regal Arrowroot has an unpleasant odor. We aren't sure why because other manufacturers don't have this issue.

The powder is working as needed in our baking needs. The only thing I think could be changed would be the shipping box, our entire order was shipped in over sized boxes.

Flours arrived with several holes in the bag. Flour was not labeled. Order # 105174186

I am so happy to have found thus bulk arrowroot. At my nearby store it is over 7 dollars for 1 pound! I've just gotten into a gluten free lifestyle due to health and this stuff is amazing! My favorite use is to coat steak strips and fry them, for use in a Mongolian beef dish. The 25 pound bag fits perfect in my food grade 5 gal bucket with air tight lid.

It will be my first time trying the Arrowroot over Baking Powder. Reviews ssay Arrowroot is better.

The Arrowroot powder came completely sealed. Being similar to cornstarch, it's imperative that it stays completely sealed during shipment and in the container. It's a good container so there is no need to transfer to another container. The arrowroot itself is powdery and consistent. There are no chucks or discolorations. I look forward to buying more when this runs out.

A good thickener, not quite as good as other arrowroot I have used. Definitely suggest whisking much more than you think you should in your cream, before adding into your.finished product to avoid clumping.

Working with grain free"flours" can be tricky and expensive/ This arrowroot is the best priced, yet still high quality! My bread rises and does not get gooey when I use Webstaurant's product.

I started by ordering the 5 pound arrowroot, but have now graduated to ordering the 25 pound one. This is the best price I can find for arrowroot. We use another website for some of our goods, but they can never match the pricing on this website. I highly recommend this product at the price and quality. We use in in place of corn starch in some of our bakery recipes. Works really well and I'm so happy to have found it on here.

Arrowroot powder is always needed on a small farm. Not only can you use it in cooking as a thickener, it is also a great way to stop bleeding from minor cuts and scrapes. The five pound container is perfect for dispensing it. The screw top lid locks tight and the handle on the container make it easier to control how much arrowroot you need from the container. The containers are so well constructed I see us reusing these for years to come. I was surprised at how fresh the arrowroot was. We have purchased several other store bought brands in much smaller quantities and not had this quality of product.

I would have given 5 stars up until today for the value and previous reliability of the Regal Bulk Arrowroot Powder-5lb. However, I've been starting to see foreign objects in some of the containers. One container had some red pieces of something throughout it. Another container had 2 pieces of thick string buried in the powder, one of them with a knot. I would love to keep ordering this item but am hesitant as to what I'm going to find next in there. I contacted customer support but since it was longer than 5 days from receiving my order, there wasn't anything they could do. I hope they read this. I hate to think of what could turn up next in my arrowroot powder if some quality control issues aren't being addressed.
