To further improve the ease of use, the meat slicer comes with a 12" German stainless steel blade. Ensuring that the knife provides for your needs over time, ProCut engineered a built-in, removable blade sharpener for that all-in-one convenience. The top-mounted sharpener merely needs to be fixed into the ready position; after that, just turn on the blade to capitalize on the longevity of that essential razor sharpness. This can reduce costly part replacements or sharpening costs, all while maintaining quality control of your output. The affixed stainless steel ring guard also prevents unintentional contact with the blade so that you can prevent injuries and keep your staff safe.
