As part of the Saber King Mini fruit and vegetable slicing system, the Prince Castle 981-000-60A wedger blade and pusher head assembly allows you to create consistently accurate and smooth cuts. Each use of the Saber King Mini makes a 4-section wedge with this kit installed, which is perfect for wedging produce like citrus fruits and potatoes.
The Saber King Mini system is designed for simplicity and versatility. Its blades and pushers are designed in a cartridge-style configuration that slides into the chassis and locks in place easily. When you want to change out the cut style, you can do so in a matter of seconds. This kit includes the blade set and pusher head.
Because safety is paramount, the Saber King Mini blade cartridges feature special covers which recess the cutting edges and ensure that the sharp blades don't injure the operator or other members of your staff. Additionally, the covers feature a color-coded design that makes it easy to match up the correct pusher and blade, while the integrated handle makes cleaning and handling simple and safe.
