Saber King by Prince Castle 981-000-20B Details
As part of the Saber King Mini fruit and vegetable slicing system, the Prince Castle 981-000-20B universal slicer blade assembly allows you to create consistently accurate and smooth slices. Each slice is 3/16", which is the perfect width for onions to top salads, sandwiches, and other delicious dishes.
When the slicer blade assembly is attached to the Saber King Mini chassis (sold separately), the blades are placed within the platform and are easily locked and secured in place. An entire onion or other fruit or vegetable can be sliced with just a press of the unit's handle, expediting your food prep process with optimal efficiency.
Because safety is paramount, the Saber King Mini features special blade covers that ensure that the sharp blades don't injure the operator or other members of your staff. This assembly set can be used to cut onions and a variety of other produce.
