As part of the Saber King fruit and vegetable slicing system, the Prince Castle 980-000-51B dicer blade assembly allows you to create consistently accurate and smooth cuts. Each diced piece is 3/8", which is the perfect size for adding produce to soups, stews, salads, and other delicious dishes.
The Saber King system is designed for simplicity and versatility. Its blades and pushers are designed in a cartridge-style configuration that slides into the chassis and locks in place easily. When you want to change out the cut style, you can do so in a matter of seconds. Simply pair the blade set with the correct pusher head (sold separately).
Because safety is paramount, the Saber King blade cartridges feature special covers which recess the cutting edges and ensure that the sharp blades don't injure the operator or other members of your staff. Additionally, the covers feature a color-coded design that makes it easy to match up the correct pusher and blade, while the integrated handle makes cleaning and handling simple and safe.
