As part of the Saber King fruit and vegetable slicing system, the Prince Castle 980-000-51A dicer blade and pusher head assembly allows you to create consistently accurate and smooth cuts. The Saber King system is designed for simplicity and versatility. Its blades and pushers are designed in a cartridge-style configuration that slides into the chassis and locks in place easily.
