Polar Temp SET/24 11# FREEZE CAN Details
Before operating your IBM300 ice blocker machine, make sure to first line its interior with these Polar Temp ice inserts. These cans primarily serve as wells, or molds, to give the ice blocks their shape during the freezing process. Plus, as a layer between the ice and the chamber, the cans help to protect the integrity of the chamber's interior.
Use these freeze cans when creating 11 lb. ice blocks. Set the cans into the freezer chamber, and then line with the compatible liners (sold separately). After filling the liners with water, operate the machine as needed.
When used with the IBM300 unit, the cans create 24 ice blocks. Each block is 4 1/8" x 8 3/4" x 12". Freeze cans and liners are both required for the operation of the IBM ice machine.
