Capable of heating up to 190 degrees Fahrenheit in just 10 minutes, Pitco's Crisp N' Hold food station maintains a constant flow of filtered, heated air in and around your products, which extends their holding time. The air is re-circulated and heated incrementally, which conserves energy and keeps food crisp, fresh, and ready to serve.
With a handy bottom shelf, you'll have ample space to store your breading, batter, service utensils, and more. Plus, a digital temperature control is located behind the door, so you'll always be able to quickly adjust the temperature of your products. The food grate easily lifts out of the unit to make clean up a breeze after a long, busy shift, while the oil filters are removable, and for your convenience, can be easily washed in the dishwasher.
