Capable of heating up to 190 degrees Fahrenheit in just 10 minutes, Pitco's Crisp N' Hold food station maintains a constant flow of filtered, heated air in and around your products, which extends their holding time. The air is re-circulated and heated incrementally, which conserves energy and keeps food crisp, fresh, and ready to serve. The food grate easily lifts out of the unit to make clean up a breeze after a long, busy shift, while the oil filters are removable, and for your convenience, can be easily washed in the dishwasher.
