This bulk case comes with (60) 6.5 oz. preformed dough rolls, facilitating large operations. Moreover, the dough's convenient freezer, proof, and bake design streamlines preparation. Simply place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and thaw overnight in a cooler for about 8-12 hours. Then, proof at 75-95% humidity and 90-95 degrees Fahrenheit until it doubles in size. Cook it in a convection oven for approximately 20 to 24 minutes at 300 degrees Fahrenheit, rotating the pan halfway through. When its exterior is golden brown, remove the cinnamon roll, add icing if desired, and serve while warm!

This product is great IF it arrives undamaged and on time. Unfortunately for me and my customers, the vendor of this product is wholly unreliable to deliver their products in a timely manner. What’s more, after the cinnamon rolls DID finally arrive, they were not kept cold and had melted into 1 huge glob. Box was damaged upon arrival too. Y’all let me know if you’d like to stop by as we bake the world’s largest cinnamon roll. This is ridiculous
