This product did dry. We must have received a bad batch. This is the second can that is bad right after opening. Money wasted! We melted added to cones and pretzels and it never dried. Stayed gooey, both the chocolate and and the white.

This ended up being a fail. It is more like a fruit dip and got chunky real fast. Did not melt well or have a pleasant flavor

This product is great but has a bit of a waxy texture after eating, warming was easy, bright white, a little thin may need a couple coats.

COMPLETE GARBAGE LOOKS BAD IN THE CAN BUT I SAID LET ME HEAT A LITTLE AND SEE IF WORKS BUT IS HORRIBLE IS LIKE OIL WITH BAD MILK.

I just opened the first of 2 cans of this white chocolate enrobing. It is extremely thin so I poured some into a paper cup, mixed in some corn starch for thickening and I was finally able to get a somewhat decent coat on the cones. I will continue to work with this but it is a lot more work than heating up the J Hungerford enrobing chocolate. Still not sure if I will buy this again.
