We are new to the soft serve game but with summer heating up we're selling a lot of cones. We've been wanting to add chocolate dip but were intimated by the process. We were worried about product storage after each daily use, so I reached out to Phillips and they let me know you just let it cool and cover and re-heat the next day. Couldn't be easier. Turns out those instructions are labeled on the can itself. We purchased the Avantco #10 can warmer and after experimenting we had it cranked a little too high and ended up with our chocolate at 120 degrees. We dialed it back and got it down to 105 before attempting our dips. We were shocked to find how easy the process was to dip, drip and let dry (FAST!).
