This is a great disinfectant and floor cleaner. It does not seem to leave a residue which makes it so you only need one chemical to clean a floor. It does smell sort of strongly of lemon but if you do not mind that its a great cleaner. If you like or use P&G products this is a great addition to your chemical program.
