Used for making gyros, doner kebabs, shawarma, or al pastor, this versatile broiler is great for serving delicious tacos, sandwiches, and wraps. It is made entirely of heavy-gauge 304 stainless steel for long-lasting durability. This unit features 3 powerful columns with heavy-duty electric heating elements. These elements are independently operated to evenly cook up to 220 lb. of meat. This broiler features 6-stage heating, and it has a simple on / off power switch.

This unit's burner structure moves back and forth on a rail to distribute heat more evenly. Its powerful, dual-direction motor allows it to rotate both clockwise and counterclockwise. This broiler comes with an adjustable skewer to adjust the distance between the food and the heat source. Its adjustable stainless steel shields reflect heat back towards the cooking surface for more even and efficient cooking. This unit comes with a large grease pan, catch pan, and skewer set. It requires a 208V, 3-phase electrical connection for operation, but it is field convertible to a 1-phase unit.
