Used for making gyros, doner kebabs, shawarma, or al pastor, this versatile broiler is great for serving delicious tacos, sandwiches, and wraps. It is made entirely of heavy-gauge 304 stainless steel for long-lasting durability. This unit delivers up to 44,356 BTU of heating power. It features 2 powerful columns with 10 total ceramic infrared burners for precise heat distribution. These elements are independently operated to evenly cook up to 130 lb. of meat.

This unit's burner structure moves back and forth on a rail to distribute heat evenly. Its powerful, dual-direction motor allows it to rotate both clockwise and counterclockwise. This broiler comes with an adjustable skewer to adjust the distance between the food and the heat source. Its adjustable stainless steel shields reflect heat back towards the cooking surface for more even and efficient cooking. A large grease pan, catch pan, and skewer set are included. It requires a 120V, 1-phase electrical connection and a natural gas connection for operation, but it is field convertible to liquid propane with the included kit.
