Pegasus GR-48E Details
Cook a wide variety of grilled favorites with this Pegasus griddle. Designed for professional grilling applications, this griddle is great for cooking anything from burgers and bacon to cheesesteaks. It features a 24" deep, 3/4" thick highly polished steel plate, which effectively holds temperature, provides a quick recovery, and evenly distributes heat. It allows you to precisely adjust the temperature between 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
This reliable griddle features a durable, easy-to-clean stainless steel body, and it stands on 4" heavy-duty, adjustable legs. It includes 4 separate heating zones independently operated by thermostatic controls. It comes with both a removable 3 1/4" wide grease trough and a 5" x 20" large grease pan for simplified cleanup. This griddle requires a 208V, 3-phase electrical connection for operation, but it is field convertible to a 1-phase unit.
