Create perfect pizzas with this Pegasus Firestone series pizza oven! This professional, double-deck pizza oven features (2) 48" x 36" oven chambers for a total power of 130,000 BTU. Each chamber includes an 8" high refractory baking deck and a refractory baking bedplate to help distribute heat. This pizza oven offers a temperature range of up to 752 degrees Fahrenheit, and it includes independently controlled top and bottom heat dampers. It is easy to operate with thermostatic temperature controls, and it's fully insulated to maintain consistent interior temperatures even with cooler outer temperatures. It has combination gas controls with a valve, regulator, and pilot safety system.

This unit has heavy-duty, slide-out flame diverters to evenly distribute heat and facilitate easy cleaning. It is made with a heavy-duty stainless steel exterior and an aluminized steel interior. It stands on heavy-duty steel legs, and it has a heavy-duty, fully welded angle iron frame to allow for double stacking. This oven includes spring-balanced, fully insulated doors to help retain heat. It has a left-side or rear gas connection. It requires natural gas connections for operation, but it is field convertible to a liquid propane unit.
