Its heating elements provide consistent frying results and lifts up for easy cleaning and maintenance.
This compact fryer is made of durable, easy-to-clean stainless steel with stainless steel frypots and baskets. It is easy to operate with thermostatic temperature controls. It features a valve on the bottom for safe oil draining, and it has a safety thermostat for overheat protection. It requires a 208V, 1-phase electrical connection for operation.
