It comes with all installation hardware, and it also includes 2 ratchet-style cargo straps to make sure your load is secure. Its universal receiver fits any standard 2" type III hitch. It includes DOT-approved red and white reflector tape and a DOT-approved safety flag for added visibility and safety. This unit boasts an adjustable width from 37"-55", while it adjusts up to 76" in height or out to 65" in length.
