This funnel cake fryer features a large internal cooking area to accommodate big batches of dough for your busiest hours, and its footprint is still compact enough to fit neatly into any concession stand or snack bar. Not just for funnel cakes, fry any fair favorites from donuts to pastries with this unit! Additionally, it's made with 20 gauge stainless steel for good durability in a commercial environment, while its lightweight construction makes portability a breeze.
The 25 lb. oil capacity is marked by minimum and maximum oil lines for ease of operation. A digital thermostat displays the temperature of your oil as you cook for accurate frying and repeatable results, and the temperature dial adjusts the heat between 200 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit. The front-mounted oil drain valve helps make cleanup simple, and includes a slide bit lock for extra protection from accidental draining. An included lid prevents airborne contaminants from settling inside the tank, or it can be used as a convenient drying rack. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
