The machine worked great, but right at the year mark when the warranty went out, the kettle died and they won’t honor the warranty. The warranty is from the date of purchase, not the date of delivery. So we didn’t even have the machine for a full year before it stopped working.

I could not believe this item came with plexiglass doors. It is not mentioned in the item's description. They go as far as to say the panels are made of tempered glass but neglect to mention the door's materials at all. I purchased this machine to upgrade from a Carnival King PM30R which does have glass doors and is less. This is quite the disappointment as I doubt the plexiglass will last as long or clean as easily . I did not imagine they would skimp on what is supposed to be a good commercial unit.

Our church needed to replace our old and tired popcorn machine. We were thrilled when the Paragon machine and stand arrived just in time for our Community Parking Lot Outdoor Movie Night. Not only did the machine make perfect popcorn, it was easy to use and easy to clean!!

Just got the machine and looking forward to using it. The only downfall while unpackaging is the film attached to some of the parts was very hard to get off.

We bought this machine after we had numerous issues with a cheaper machine. It worked trouble free for about 16 months and now the kettle isn't working. Just outside of the warranty period and it's a $180 part so I'm not sure I would recommend this machine..

I bought this as a back up for our stationary machine. We have multiple concessions on our complex and needed a small one as back up in the concession we are using for the day. I make a large amount in our stationary and use this to keep up with demand. It pops a good amount so that we are never out when busy. I had thought it would have been a little bigger when I ordered it but it does the job.
