these are AMAZING. I wasn't sure what to expect as I had never ordered something like this before but I just ordered for a second time. I believe one egg was broken in the entire box which is pretty darn good. High quality and great taste. Highly recommend.
I can't complain about the flavor; these are really good. These cook up nice in the oven, either in a steamer pan or just wrapped in aluminum foil on a sheet pan. My issue is with shipping or quality control. The box did not seem damaged at all, and everything was packed well. However, I threw out a portion of the product because it was all broken into small pieces that I shouldn't have to fish out and try to cook as bite-sized pieces. I'd say at least 10% were broken, and I threw out probably 5%. That might now seem like much, but I shouldn't have to throw out ANY food I paid for!
