This pam is an excellent non stick spray. It makes baking so much easier and the amount that it comes with is enough to last you a good while. Its spray can cover a good amount of surface area if you’re the right distance.
I love this product nice size cans works like it should I have no complaints at all about this item. I love the fact I can order a case at a time so I know I will have plenty to last awhile.
It has a wider field of spray than the other options. Best non stick oil you can buy anywhere. We use it directly on griddle and baking in oven, perfect everytime.

What can't be said about Pam. It's a great spay for easy release of foods. The high yeild can is nice so you are not swap out cans as often and the canola is my preferred spray so I was happy to find this product.

Wonderful to have for stirfrying vegetables! Good for eggs too it keeps them from sticking if you use enough and do so while heating. It comes out evenly and makes it healthier than using a lot of canola oil.
