PAM High Heat Baking Release Spray 17 oz. - 6/Case

Hard to find in large quantities so we very happy to find it by the case on webstaurant.

This pan release spray works really well for applications where you wouldn't use a paper liner. We've had problems in the past trying to get fruit cakes, carrot cakes etc to come out of the fluted pans, because we don't like to dust the pans with flour. This works better than we expected. The ONLY issue that we see, is that it does get gummy and since I'm a stickler for CLEAN baking sheets and pans, I spend a lot of time hand scrubbing to get the sticky gummy stuff off.

Great product for the money! Love that Webstaurant carries this as often times I will add it to my order to meet the minimum for Plus shipping. PAM is a great brand and is perfect for our baking of sweet and savory products in the cafe. Definitely recommend.

I wouldn't use this spray for baking because traditional PAM is a better price, but there are a few applications where this is essentially: fried eggs and broiling. The oils in this type have a higher smoking point than traditional PAM which makes it much less susceptible to burning.

We use Pam for everything so the six package deal works perfect for us. The can size is small so they don’t take up much space on the prep table.

A really nice spray for our bakery and is perfect for making our macaroon cookies. The spray easily coats the whole pan with an even layer of spray and the macaroons pop right off when done. A nice find.

I love the PAM brand the high heat is perfect for using on my broiling pans. It helps keep food from sticking and is a great value.

I love PAM spray. I use it for everything. I spray my egg pan with it and cookie pans whenever i bake. The spray makes it easy to get just the right amount of oil.

We bake a lot of tarts and sometime the filling bakes out and can stick the pan causing for a mess. The high heat release spray coats the pan well and the tarts slide right off.

We generally do a lot of baking at our restaurant, so this high heat baking spray definitely does better than the regular release spray. I'm not sure how it all works, but pastries slide easily off our aluminum foil with this product. Definitely recommend!

Often times when cooking bread, we do so at a very high temperature. Thi product, made by Pam allows us to use it at a very high temperature without issue.
