The PAC PSM1412-IC3A table strapping machine is an excellent solution when you need to quickly strap packages and pallets so that they stay secure during shipping and transport! This semi-automatic unit is a great option for low volume operations that process more packages than a manual strapper alone can handle, but don't need a high-volume automatic strapper. The operator can easily band packages as small as 3" x 1", with no limit on the package size. And with a tension range that can be adjusted from 10 - 100 lb. you can accommodate both delicate and durable packages. It accepts 1/2" or 3/8" plastic straps with an 8" x 8" core. And with a cycle time of only 2.5 seconds, you can quickly secure the bands on your package and set up the next one to be processed.
This entry-level unit is designed to handle a variety of general-purpose strapping applications, making it valuable to businesses that have even occasional package banding needs. Core functions are housed in a convenient control panel on the side of the table, and all electronics are controlled with an integrated circuit board to make maintenance easy, if repairs are required. It requires a 110V electrical connection.
