This cord is made of heavy-duty woven polyester and is designed to be used as a flexible, yet highly durable replacement for steel strapping. It features a tough 700 lb. break strength and is both weather- and shock-resistant, ensuring that your items will remain safely strapped down in a variety of conditions.
This cord's nonabrasive finish protects your cargo from scuffs and scratches. It is designed for heavy palleted loads such as construction materials. It also boasts a high rate of elongation and recovery, which allows the cord to stretch and rebound without losing strength. To use, the two ends should be cut and then sealed together by hand or with welding tools (sold separately). For added peace of mind when transporting large loads, use this 3,900' long strapping cord.
