Securely lift heavy loads at your industrial job site with this OZ Lifting Products 500 lb. electric builder's hoist with 90' lift OBH500. This lightweight, compact unit is easy to mount in your facility. It features a powerful 1 3/4 hp motor that generates 1800W of power to automatically lift heavy loads. This motor operates at an efficient speed of 75 FPM. To easily attach loads, it features a galvanized wire rope with a weighted hook that swivels 360 degrees. For secure use, this hook includes a safety latch. This hoist has a 500 lb. capacity and a lift length of 90'.
To pause operation instantly and safely, it has a dynamic and mechanical brake. It has a sensor arm to shut-off the motor and prevent reverse winding, and it has an automatic shut-off feature when the rope reaches its limit. For additional safety, it also includes upper and lower limit switches. This unit has a quick release pendant and power cord. It comes with a 15' power cord and it requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
