The OXO pastry brush is a good quality product. It is nice to have a pastry brush that can be washed in the dishwasher between uses. Also the bristle are a soft silicone so will not damage your delicate pastry.

I really like this brush. I use it for baking goods and because it's a silicone bristle I am not worried about any bristles sticking to the baked goods. Very good invenstemnet
