Each 32,000 BTU burner is equipped with exclusive PyroCentric anti-clogging technology and is removable for easier cleaning. The burners feature two rings of flame for quick and even heating, as well as a low-simmer feature for versatility when cooking. Plus, each burner has a standing pilot light for instant ignition.

This unit boasts a durable stainless steel construction, with welded and polished seams, and cast aluminum control knobs. For added convenience, this griddle comes equipped with a full-width, removable crumb tray, which helps to make clean up a breeze! The large, 5" landing edge also offers ample space for convenient plating. Complete with 4" stainless steel legs, this unit can be easily placed on an equipment stand or refrigerated base. This unit requires a natural gas connection for operation.
