This Moffat Turbofan stainless steel stand with casters for E32 and G32 series single deck convection ovens will elevate your oven and provide the necessary clearance for cleaning and maintenance. Instead of using your counter space, this stand provides flexibility by allowing you to place it wherever is most convenient. The 6 position tray runners are also the perfect spot to keep products fresh out of the oven until they are cool.

The all stainless steel stand features (4) 3" casters so you can easily move the unit to clean or transport it to a different location. Plus, the frame is constructed of welded 1 1/2" and 1 1/4" square tubes for ultimate durability. I’ve used this for 2.5 years in my bakery. Within a couple months the tray racks started falling off. At this point EVERY SINGLE ONE has had to be reattached. These racks couldn’t even handle the weight of a tray of 24 cookies. This piece is necessary with the oven so you are forced to spend the extra fortune, but the quality is bad. I have speed racks in my bakery that I’ve spent a fraction of the cost and can hold a pan full of 96 unbaked cookie dough balls. So the 2 stars because the stand does hold up the oven, but be prepared to be frustrated and when the first rack falls off I would recommend you have the handyman reinforce all of them at once because they will all soon follow.
