This item features a 50 gallon (200 qt. / 189 liter) capacity and is designed with a 1 1/2 hp variable-speed, 1,145W motor that generates up to 18,000 RPM for heavy-duty applications. It features an easy-to-clean electronic control panel with easy-touch buttons and an LED indicator for electronic speed adjustments to precisely blend, puree, liquidize, and emulsify effortlessly smooth creams, pastes, dressings, marinades, sauces, soups, and stews in seconds. It's also great for prepping purees of cooked vegetables, porridge, and fruit for special diets.
Designed for maximum user comfort, this heavy-duty immersion blender features 9 speed settings with an ergonomic dual-trigger handle with a rubberized comfort grip for added control and reduced fatigue as well as a serviceable 10' power cord with a cord wrap for convenient storage when not in use. The blender also features a patented, pivoting second handle with a handle rotation-adjustment button that ensures additional balance, comfort, and control, and a continuous ON setting for hands-free operation. This item is compatible with select Waring accessory bowl clamps, offering an alternative method of hands-free operation, and features a universal power pack for compatibility with select shafts and whisk attachments (all sold separately).
