Pleasantly surprised. This unit is strong enough for our pizza shop. It replaced an old cornerstone 4 burner stove. It boils 40 qt pot of water fast. We use it to cook penne, Alfredo sauce, and boil eggs. It is heavy duty. We are quickly becoming fans of Vollrath brand. This is our second, the first being a Rethermalizer that is by far the best steam table we’ve ever owned.

This counter top range was exactly what we were looking for!!! It has enough btu's to get the job done. I wasn't aware of this before I purchased it, but the standing pilot lights are pretty strong, and I love it because it keeps our broths at a good temperature and we don't need to turn on the gas all the time.

I bought this vollrath model after trying out a cheaper option that didnt fare well during shipping. The freight delivery was handled much more gently and came working great!!
This is nice 2 burner counter top range with quite reasonable price. Vollrath products are always very solid. I use this on my food truck. Very satisfied.
