This Vollrath 40732 hot display case comes with 1440W of heating power to maintain foodsafe holding temperatures at all times, and its versatile heating element helps this unit operate wet or dry. To accommodate a wide variety of foods, an energy regulator dial gives you total control over temperature. Customers can also use the heated top to keep plates warm as they make a selection. And for operator convenience, this display case comes with two 12" adapter bars to separate food pans, and a rear drain valve and lift-off sliding door allow for quick and easy cleaning. .

    We purchased two of these units. In less than a year the water well was rusting. In one unit the heating element rusted completely in half. Heating element not covered under warranty but 90 days. The well is beginning to leak on the other unit. Do not order this product or brand.
