After buying a Kitchenaid Pro mixer, than a Hobart (both using attachments), I finally stepped up to the Imperia. It is an absolute game changer, very well built, efficient, and with the proper care, I expect this to last a lifetime. It is definitely worth the cost, and will pay off in the long run with saving time and stress.

This pasta machine works extremely well. It is very well made. However it is pretty pricey, but is a great addition to a fine dining restaurant that wants to have house made pastas.
