This ice bin worked out perfectly for our food truck! The slim profile is great, but we were also able to unscrew the legs and mount it to a piece of C-Channel for better stability (check out our video for a shot of that!). I haven't tested it out in the full Oklahoma summer, but it works fantastically at keeping our ice cool in our heated van!
