This Pitco® SG18-S natural gas 75 lb. stainless steel floor fryer is the perfect choice to fill out your cooking lineup when you need a high-production fryer! With its 75 lb. capacity and 140,000 BTU output, this fryer provides a dependable, easy-to-use option for many types of foodservice establishments.
The Solstice burner technology doesn't require any blowers or ceramics, yet still manages to provide plenty of power. Plus, the patented self-cleaning burner and down draft keep your fryer working at higher efficiency. With millivolt controls and a high temperature safety shut off switch, this fryer has a quick response time. Also, the separate manual gas shutoffs allow for front servicing.
Made with durable stainless steel for both the tank and cabinet, you can be sure that this fryer will stand up to daily use. The heavy 3/16" bottom door hinge ensures durability as well. An integrated flue deflector is included, along with 9" adjustable legs that allow for easier cleaning under and around the unit. Fry baskets are also included for your convenience.
Cleaning this fryer is a breeze since it comes with a 1 1/4" full port drain valve for quick draining of used oil, along with a drain line clean out rod and a drain extension. The tube rack allows crumbs to fall into the cool zone for easy disposal, and the basket hanger is removable for cleaning without the use of tools.
