This product worked great the first week, after that, the magnetism quit working. We always hand washed it during the shift, never in the dishwasher and then just quit working. Would not recommend to anyone. It also doesn't allow food and products to flow into the trash can effectively. Total waste of money.

This item has saved us a fortune in thrown out cutlery with even the most careful of employees still not being able to stop 100% of waste. But this product does. AAA+++

This saves on the loss of silverware. We bought this one to replace one. The magnet still worked but the red part fell apart after years of use. It would be nice if they sold the red part separate instead of having to purchase the whole thing again. Better for the environment.

Within 4 months of use both magnets have completely fallen off and are now gone. Wouldn't reccomend.

worked great the 20 month after that, the magnetism stopped working. I would not recommend to anyone. waste of money. stay away

This magnetic flatware retriever lid has been a great addition to our kitchen! Why we love it......It saves us money! I have retrieved dozens of silverware from the magnet myself. I can't imagine not having this lid. Another great thing about it is that if a plate/bowl slides in, the magnetic device usually stops it from going all the way into the can, which means you just grab the plate/bowl from that area, rather then having to stick your arm deep into the trash can.

I had been losing a lot of silverware, so I purchased this lid for the restaurant. The magnet is weak but catches most of the silverware. A little expensive for having such a weak magnet

We tried this unit out for a few months and ultimately it caused some congestion and slowed down the pace in the bus room. I am not sure it helped to save flatware either, the magnet is strong but i was still finding some in napkins or food that had gotten past the magnet. Some may have had better luck than us.

This is an expensive lid but has saved us from losing our expensive silverware. it's durable and easy to clean. It is worth the investment.

I buy this one and still use, without problems, really save me money, because before a lot of spoons, forks and knives end in the garbage. Great product I see this have two big magnets, works really well.

These hold up to years of use and certainly can pay for themselves in saving flatware. Should fit into any dishwasher that fits a full sized rack. That makes cleaning this much easier...as it will get pretty gross over the course of a day.

This version comes with magnetic strips attached at the bottom of the sloping part. it works perfectly for tight spaced kitchen. it also catches most silverwares

We use this in our dish room with a 44 gallon container. Helps catch silverware dumped from the bus bucket bottoms. My first one lasted many years. Is heavy and does take up space but recommended.

This works as described, but because of the depth it does not leave enough room in a 44 gallon trash can. Not suitable for a busy restaurant. You will be emptying garbage too often.
