Scratch and Dent Manitowoc UYF-0310A NEO 30" Air Cooled Undercounter Half Dice Ice Machine with 119 lb. Bin - 115V, 295 lb.

Ordering was easy. However, the delivered ice machine was a different model number than ordered. We ordered an air cooled model, the delivered model seemed to be a water cooled model. After calling Webstaurant for help, we were given the manufacturer phone number as Webstaurant didn't have tech support for this issue. Called the manufacturer and questions were answered and they also sent a YouTube video to explain fully the model we received. The model received is an air cooled unit. It's be installed now.

The unit works great! Produces plenty of ice for our needs. The only issue was that it arrived damaged- looked like something was stacked on top and bent the lid so it wouldn't close. Our maintenance team fixed it since we didn't want to send it back and wait for a replacement.

Great quality product, it makes more ice than the Scotsman same size. Put the recommended filter on and it makes life easier. City water isn’t very clean so we have to change the filter ever 1 1/2 to 2 months. I recommend putting a primary filter for large particles then the micron filter.

Bought this ice machine 3 years ago and it still works fantastically, I have never had any issues with any parts and installation is simple and easy.

This little ice machine is a work horse! We have had no issues at all and it keeps up with our busiest days. Easy to clean and i love the scoop holder.

This Manitowoc ice machine is decent. There has been a couple of times where it wouldn't work correctly and was blinking red. I just pushed the wrench button on it and it worked fine after. The capacity is not as big or as much as you may think.

Great machine. Easy installation. Produces plenty of ice. Use this brand in most units manufactured by another site. This unit is very sturdy and reliable, which makes for a very long life.

I use this brand first time, it makes ice quick, but the ice seems like when it makes out from the panel to be the shape, large part of them stick together,but it's ok, and also the sound of it is big. hope this size of ice can make enough ice for my business use.

We absolutely love our Manitowoc Ice Machine. It is so fast we have to delay it multiple times during the day. Obviously this is a great problem to have! We recommend to any small business.

Solid Performer. Some drain issues, but cranks out ice like a champ! We use this in our coffee bar for blended drinks and iced coffees, but also for ice in our kitchen. It keeps up with a moderately busy area with no major issues.

This is a nice piece of equipment, We have had this for over two years and pretty much run it continuously and it has performed flawlessly. Very happy with this choice.

Great sized ice machine for limited space. It makes ice fast enough for a small restaurant. Its also easy to hook up so anyone can do it.

Great ice machine I got it hooked up about 10:30 pm one night completely full of Ice at 4:30 the next afternoon used about half the bin that night was full that same night before we left Church. Very well wroth the price also very easy to hook up.
