Two words are enough to describe this machine! Excellent Product! Been using it non stop since I bought it and works great! If you are looking for something durable, effective and a strong semi-professional mixer, this is it! By this you will save more money then going for cheaper brands. Plus it is supported by Hobart. If you don’t have enough money to buy Hobart, then buy Centerline!

This mixer has an extremely difficult time handling 8-10lbs of any sort of bread dough. The bowl it came with constantly rocks out of the safety and turns itself off (even on speed 1) I found the best chance of success is using a bowl from our previous mixer, which seems not to have this issue as much. Works just fine for cookie doughs, icings, muffin batters, just not bread. If you're wondering what the difference is between the baseline hobarts and the expensive one, this is probably it.

This mixer came in hand when our floor mixer broke. The mixer was shipped quickly, packed, efficiently, and was easy to install. The mixer came with multiple attachments, and the digital timer makes it very easy for us to not overmix things and destroy product. This mixer is recommending to a lot of people.

Had this product just over a year. We used it a few times a week for cookies at our bakery. We would consider that very light use. It broke just outside of the VERY limited 1 year warranty, of course. It will now cost hundreds of dollars to get a technician to look at it. If you are going to spend money, buy an older Hobart that is mostly mechanical with very few if any electrical components. This is junk.

I bought this mixer for baking my Christmas cakes, I haven't had the chance to use it as the mixer turns on but spins only one second. I've trouble shooted everything the manual says but no results. No technical responded. I won't recommend this at all.

We’ve had the Hobart 20qt mixer for a week, and it’s just not performing at all. Given that it costs five times more than a KitchenAid, we expected much better. Unfortunately, it struggles with everything we throw at it—especially large batches. We completely agree with other reviews that highlight this issue. The product description claims it’s “efficient and powerful,” but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Our experience shows it lacks the power and capability expected from a mixer at this price point. Very disappointed—definitely not worth the investment.
