Thanks to the SureSense speed control technology, this unit identifies what head is installed and automatically adjusts to the correct speed to optimize results. Additionally, a double interlock switch prevents operation if the pusher plate swings away or if the feed cylinder is removed to ensure safe operation.

For bowl style operation, this food processor comes with a 3.2 qt. stainless steel cutter / mixer attachment bowl with a stainless steel serrated blade, and it features a pulse function for precise operator control. This unit also features a patented integral multi-function wiper system to guide products into the knives faster for a more efficient operation. With the continuous feed style operation, this food processor can process harder vegetables, and it has a production capacity of 4.4 lb. per minute. With a 1 1/3 hp motor, this food processor's bowl style operation processes at 1,450 or 2,650 RPM, while the continuous feed style operation processes at 500 or 800 RPM.

This food processor also comes with an Eastman Tritan™ lid and scraper and an ejector place. It features a heavy-duty aluminum base with a compact design for space-saving operation. It requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
