This warmer features 1350 watts of heating power and three drawers that accommodate a full size 12" x 20" x 6" food pan in each drawer that you can fill to the brim with a variety of hot foods. There are also pan supports to accommodate different compatible sizes of food pans in this warmer. The durable, full stainless steel construction makes sure that this drawer warmer will stand up to frequent use while the 1" thick fiberglass insulation keeps the heat inside for efficient use.

The unit's freestanding design allows it to be easily installed almost anywhere in your kitchen, and its 11 gauge drawers slide on 14 gauge slide brackets to help ensure long-lasting durability. Individual digital controls for each drawer, an indicator lamp, and vent controls allow you to efficiently adjust this warmer to properly keep your best foods hot and ready to eat. The thermostatic controls will automatically turn back on when there is a 3 to 10 degrees Fahrenheit drop in temperature. This drawer warmer boasts a wide temperature range between 80 and 220 degrees Fahrenheit with 5 degrees of tolerance. This unit requires a 120V electric connection.

Great Product, Poor Packaging This is the second Servit Drawer Warmer with Digital Controls I've purchased. It works great—keeps food warm and moist, especially when using a wet towel as the manufacturer suggests. The first unit has been going strong for months. My only complaint is the packaging. Both units arrived damaged, but the second was worse: the box was ripped, the unit was sticking out, and every corner was dented—raising sharp edges and leaving a noticeable dent on top. Despite the dents, the unit still functions well, which speaks to its solid internal build. Still, I’d prefer a flawless exterior, especially for the price. Excellent product, but shipping quality really needs improvement.

Temperature would spike at times causing bread to dry out. Worked well for about 14 months. And then completely went dead. Tried reaching out the the manufacturer for replacement digital controls. Unresponsive.
