Keep food at safe serving temperatures with this ServIt ice-cooled drop-in food well. This food well is designed to be dropped into your countertop or a compatible table or serving counter. It has an ice-cooled design, so it requires no electricity for use. Foamed-in-place insulation helps to keep the ice in the well from melting, ensuring long-lasting use. This well is designed to accommodate 6 full-size food pans up to 8" deep, and it is great for kitchens where it is not convenient to install a refrigerated table.
This drop-in food well is constructed with type 304 stainless steel along with a 16-gauge top and an 18-gauge bottom and apron for extra strength and corrosion resistance. The durable construction makes this unit reliable and easy to clean. The 18-gauge stainless steel bowl also includes a drain that allows you to easily remove melted ice at the end of the day or during use. The drain has a 1" IPS connection to connect to plumbing or ball valve control (not included).
