Choose a product that is versatile and reliable with this Hoshizaki SR72B-30MD4 Steelheart 72" stainless steel mega top refrigerated prep table with one door / four drawer combo. This unit uses R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant that is environmentally friendly. The front-breathing airflow design allows it to be pushed flush against a wall to help conserve valuable space in your busy kitchen, deli, or pizzeria. This versatile unit is designed to maintain NSF-7 temperatures in ambient temperatures of up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit. It is equipped with four 6" casters, two of which have brakes. These casters create added mobility and maneuverability. This refrigerated prep table is ideal for use in commercial kitchens and restaurants.
This refrigerated prep table is equipped with a white polyethylene 72" cutting board. The durable and spacious cutting board is ideal for prepping salad or sandwiches that use cold ingredients. This unit is provided with a full complement of (30) 1/6 size, 4" deep polycarbonate plastic food pans. The ingredient rail can fit pans of this size, but will also accept 6" deep pans, allowing 50% more pan volume. A removable stainless steel prep guard makes cleanup from potential rail pan spills a breeze. The exterior of this refrigerated salad prep table sports a stainless steel top, front, and sides, while the interior sides, back, and floor are stainless steel as well. The evaporator coil is also enamel coated for extended life.
This Hoshizaki refrigerated prep table has a stainless steel door lined with ABS interior liner. The door sports an exclusive “stepped” design that protects the door gasket, which is magnetic and can be easily removed for cleaning. It is also spring-assisted, giving it a stay-open feature with no additional kit required. The drawers boast all heavy-duty, 16 gauge stainless steel components, including frames, acetal rollers, and drawer stops. These components are all-welded and fastened securely within the cabinet for maximum durability. Both the door and the drawers sport extruded aluminum flush mount handles. The door opens to an epoxy-coated wire shelf. The shelf can be adjusted in 1/2" increments on anodized aluminum supports. The adjustable shelves allow added versatility in the size and type of contents stored inside. The door and compartment are insulated with 2" CFC free foam. It requires a 115V electrical connection.
