This rethermalizer features 9000 watts of heating power to ensure your frozen food is evenly and adequately thawed before you start to cook it. Its unique design utilizes a tubular water chamber with heating elements wrapped around the outside, ensuring hot water when needed without sediment and lime buildup on the elements for increased longevity. An internal electronic controller maintains the temperature at the set limits for responsive and efficient operation, and the simple push-button controls on the exterior allow for simple operation. And thanks to its powder coated exterior, stainless steel front, and clean-out caps, this unit can be regularly maintained and cleaned with ease.
