Thanks to the powerful 3/4 horsepower motor, you can easily blend mix-ins like candy and nuts with hard or soft-serve ice cream or frozen yogurt. The smooth, rounded edges make it easy to clean, and the sealed capacitive-touch controls block liquid and food debris from getting underneath. With 8 1/2" of clearance, there is plenty of working room to maneuver the cup around. Additionally, the slow start reduces the chance of the operator losing their grip on the cup at the beginning of the cycle.
This unit is easy to clean, while the contoured splash shield reduces strain and discomfort on the operator's wrist. The magnetic splash shield also prevents messes during operation, and when you are finished using it, simply remove it for easy cleaning. Plus, for maximum convenience, this mixer boasts pre-programmed cycles, including custom cycles that can be uploaded to the machine via USB, and a variable speed dial for optimal control. The factory-programmed cycles offer consistent mixing times so any employee in your establishment can begin using this mixer right away. It also comes with a standard 929 agitator with the option of switching it out with other available agitators (sold separately). This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.

The mixer mixes just fine. The magnetic plastic shield around it is terrible and cheaply made. It was dropped from 2 feet up on accident and broke in half on a laminate counter.

We have had this model for over a year and it is great. It made over 14,000 shakes for us last year and it very reliable and easy to clean.
