The Cleveland KET-20-T electric lever tilting 20 gallon 2/3 steam jacketed kettle is a hard-working, self-contained unit that's easy-to-install! Its 20 gallon capacity enables you to prepare large batches of stew, pasta, chili, and soup for hungry patrons at your restaurant or buffet. Thanks to its precise temperature control (less than 2 degrees Fahrenheit of variance), it's ideal for simmering, too!
Its steam jacket is permanently filled with treated, distilled water, and is rated at 50 PSI, with a rear-mounted safety valve to prevent unintentional operation. All exterior surfaces are made of durable 304 stainless steel.
A splash-proof, solid-state control panel allows simple regulation and monitoring of temperature and heat cycle. It also has a low-water warning. Other special features of the Cleveland KET-20-T electric steam jacketed kettle include a durable rolled rim that can stand up to abuse and a large capacity pouring lip.
This unit requires a 208V 3 phase, 3 wire electrical connection. 208V will put out 12,268W and 240V will produce 16,333W.
