The Cleveland KET-12-T electric 12 gallon tabletop 2/3 steam jacketed kettle is a hard-working, self-contained unit that's easy-to-install and use! Its 12 gallon capacity enables you to prepare large batches of stew, pasta, chili, and soup for your restaurant, hotel, or buffet. Thanks to its precise temperature control (less than 2 degrees Fahrenheit of variance), it's ideal for simmering, too!

The Cleveland KET-12-T electric tabletop steam jacketed kettle features welded-in heating elements that hold a vacuum better and won't leak or lose water. Its steam jacket is permanently filled with treated, distilled water, and is rated at 50 PSI, with a rear-mounted safety valve to prevent unintentional operation. All exterior surfaces are made of durable 304 stainless steel.

A splash-proof, solid-state control panel allows simple regulation and monitoring of temperature and heat cycle. It also has a low-water warning. Other special features of the Cleveland KET-12-T tabletop electric steam jacketed kettle include a durable rolled rim that can stand up to abuse, a large capacity pouring lip, and a self-locking, marine-type tilting mechanism that prevents accidental tilting.

This unit requires a 208V 3 phase, 3 wire electrical connection. 208V will put out 9.8 kW while 240V offers 13.1 kW.
