Scratch and Dent Carnival King WBM26 Non-Stick Double Belgian Waffle Maker with Timers - 120V

We ordered this waffle iron obviously bsed on its low price point. The first one we received was defective. We were given a replacement free of charge and so far the new one has worked very well. My only complaint would be that the timer is pretty much non-existent for the commercial kitchen. MY biggest irritation was that they required me to take pictures and video of a product that I wanted replaced..seems like that would be your job not mine. I am the customer so I do not feel I should need to do that...but all in all we are happy with the machine and how it functions.

Garbage. Second one in 5 months. The right side unit keeps going out and there's no customer support number to call to figure out how to replace the thermostat.

We have had several of these units. When they are working, we have been perfectly happy with them. However, after about 3-6 months (on every unit we have had), one side of the maker stops heating. We purchased our last unit in February and one side is already not working. We have tried to figure out if it is something we are doing or if the units are just not as described but we have not had any real luck. If you are only making a handful of waffles at a time and very low volume, this is probably a fine choice. We are a coffee company and do between 30-60 waffles in a 7 hour period and have had quite a bit of issues. Again, when they are heating up, the waffles come out great. Just a bummer to spend money every 6 months on new ones.....

I just bought these irons a couple weeks ago. The first one I received had scratching on the nonstick coating. WebstaurantStore replaced without hesitation and the second unit works great. It heats fast and works well. The only reason I gave a four star is because it’s kind of hard to clean and the built in timers aren’t very sturdy. They stick in place and don’t count down sometimes. Other then that it’s a good product.

This waffle maker makes the most beautiful waffles, thick and cooked perfect throughout....for about a month. Then everything starts sticking, and the machine breaks down at about six months. We use the machine for 4 hours daily, then turn it off. Should last longer than it does. I have gone through 3 of these in about a year, so switched to a heavier duty iron. Great waffles, just wish the machine was more durable!

We only use it one time, the nonstick coating fell off. Since our opening delayed a few months, the warranty has expired and the return policy expired, the customer service said couldn’t do anything.

We currently use our Carnival Double Belgian Waffle Maker aboard our Food Truck. It perfectly accommodates the volume we need for large events. Manual timers allow us to set cooking times for our specific pizza waffle recipes. We would highly recommend this product to anyone in the market for something durable and reliable!!

This waffle maker is terrific for our Culinary Arts class. It allows 2 students to create their batter, cook their waffle, and plate it. It allows 4 students to eat since we split the waffles in half. It is quick and simple to learn. Our students appreciate this product. Waffles with strawberries are their favorite!

We are a new business and needed a commercial waffle iron. After much research, I felt the Carnival King seemed to be the most well priced commercial iron. I have only used it once but the waffles turned out great and I am currently purchasing a second one! The only con I would say is the handle screws on and when you flip the iron while cooking, it is in the same direction that loosens the handle.

We bought this waffle maker and it is very hard to clean. We also have to replace it now after 5 months of use due to it breaking.

These are great they are easy to clean and easy to use. We need these for special events and brunches and they make everything a breeze.

We LOVE this waffle iron. The income it has generated has easily paid for it. People love waffles and we've started Waffle Weekend, serving waffles at our coffee shop from 8 - noon on Saturday and Sunday. The reason it loses a star is because it is so very hot and we've gotten burns. It also takes up a huge amount of counter space and needs to use two outlets.

Despite other reviews, I've been happy with this waffle maker. We only use it during brunch, but it bangs out some great waffles. Not too easy to clean.

You need to partner this with the pancake and waffle mix on the consumables portion of this website. Follow the instruction to a tee and you have the absolute best tasting waffles I have ever had in my entire life. Unit is large and heavy but well worth it!

This is a great waffle maker. After playing with temperature controls, our waffles come out great. Easy to clean and easy to use. Also very sturdy for what we're producing.

We are on our 3rd or 4th Waffle Maker since opening 2 years ago... works great at first, then "non-stick" coating starts to stick. We use NON-aeresol "Vegalene Waffle-Off Grid Iron Release Spray" like they recommend, and that gets us about 6 months out of it - then it gets so built up (even after trying to clean it) that we end up having to get a new one. Waffles start to stick and black pieces start breaking off into the waffles. If there were better options for spray, or how to clean it, we could probably get more life out of it!

Solid, well built, easy to clean quality waffle maker!

I’ve bought quite a few of these machines. We make about 25-30 waffles a day and unfortunately this machine just doesn’t keep up. After 3 months, both sides have peeling Teflon and I don’t know why this is happening so often. It’s unfortunate that such a high price commercial piece of equipment can’t keep up with my restaurant’s needs.
